| The Haven opened in 2004. Owner Fiona Stewart’s vision is to provide the highest possible standard of treatments in a warm, friendly setting. Client comfort and safety are also of extreme importance to us. Our product ranges have been stringently researched and tested before being selected with our client’s needs in mind. We firmly believe that our products are the best available on the market today in terms of quality and performance and that they also represent great value for money. All treatments are individually tailored to meet each client’s needs ensuring that your experience affords you maximum benefits. Over the last two years we have continued to add to our range of treatments. These include the indulgent Hot Stone Therapy Massage and the very popular and effective Non Surgical Face Lift. Our latest addition is the fantastic Environ Beta Hydroxy Acid Exfoliation (Facial Peel) try it and reveal smoother, softer and more refined skin. Some Advice For your own comfort, we request that new clients arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to register and complete a client record card. Your details will be kept on record for return visits so that we can tailor our treatments to your needs. Please be assured that these records are confidential and are stored safely and in compliance with the Data Protection Act. We kindly ask that you please switch your mobile phone to silent mode whilst in the salon to avoid disturbing other clients. Late Arrivals At the haven, we work to a timetable and arriving late will reduce the time available for your treatment, diminishing its effectiveness and your relaxation. It may not be possible to accommodate latecomers. the haven Cancellation policy Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment to avoid a 50% charge of treatment value. When booking packages credit card details or a gift voucher reference will be required, non attendance will result in the full treatment charge being made.
